Business Tele Append

Appends telephone numbers where a match has been made to the OSIS file.

Description

This service appends telephone numbers to the record where a match has been made to the OSIS file.

In addition to providing telephone numbers, a flag can be appended if a telephone line exists for the matching record but the telephone number has been removed from the directory.

This service is costed on a per record appended basis.

Upload Options

The following options can be configured for this service at the upload stage.

Name	Description
Telephone Number Types	Telephone Number Types Indicates the types of telephone numbers that should be appended. Published Numbers Only includes only telephone numbers that are published in the telephone directory, known as DE numbers. Include Ex-Directory Flags includes both published numbers and an additional flag indicating if a telephone number exists for a person, but that the number is ex-directory.
