The validation result for the email address in the data. Validation response is one of the following:
If multiple email addresses are on the input data then an "Email Validation Flag" field will be populated for each. |
Email Type | Email Type
Indicates the type of email address populated in the data. Available types are:
If multiple email addresses are on the input data then an "Email Type" field will be populated for each. |
Suggested Email Address | Suggested Email Address
Requires a name, company name or address to be populated. This uses the additional data to suggest a corrected email address where appropriate. If multiple email addresses are on the input data then a "Suggested Email Address" field will be populated for each. |
Email Comment | Email Comment
Requires a name, company name or address to be populated. If a corrected email address has been provided, this field contains the reason why it has been corrected. If multiple email addresses are on the input data then an "Email Comment" field will be populated for each. |
Email Salutation | Email Salutation
Requires a name, company name or address to be populated. Uses the additional data provided to ascertain a salutation for the owner of the email address. If multiple email addresses are on the input data then an "Email Salutation" field will be populated for each. |
