Occupier Update (New Name Append) will provide you with the full names of additional residents who are currently listed on the DBS Lifebase file at the address that has been matched.
This service is costed on a per lookup basis.

The following options can be configured for this service at the upload stage.

Specifies the maximum number of names that can be appended from the matched record. Each name will be output in separate columns and will be sorted in the preference order selected. |

Alters the order in which any additional names from the DBS Lifebase file are appended in. |
| Exclude Names | Exclude Names
By default, available names from the matched record on the DBS Lifebase file are appended to the input record up to the limit previously specified. Changing this option allows for these names to be excluded based on a match at the level specified. |
